Let us Reflect | My Best Life

We're half way through the My Best Life Challenge and I'm sure lots of you found lasts weeks challenge a little difficult. It's not always easy to get 5 workouts done in a week. It's just not realistic for some of us but the most important thing is you TRIED.

This weeks challenge is a little different. I'm calling this week, 'Reflection' week. I want you to sit back and really reflect on this year. What have you learned? How have you grown? think about it. Sometimes life moves so fast we don't get a chance to sit back and think about what's happened and how it's made us feel. 

So all you've got to do this week is sit down for at least 10 minutes a day, reflect and write down what you've been thinking about. This is so therapeutic and helpful for me so I hope it helps you to feel refreshed and ready for what's to come next year.
