Today marks the first day of the #MyBestLife Challenge and I'm so excited to be doing challenges again. So to break it down- this will last 6 weeks starting today, ending the first week of January. The core of the challenge is fitness but I really want to focus on creating a healthy and happy lifestyle! 

The 3 Golden Rules

These are the rules you HAVE to stick by for the whole duration of the challenge 

1. Drink 3 litres of water a day. 
2. Complete at least 4 workouts a week. 
3. Stay Positive. 

Voila! Simple! Each of these rules are simple yet super effective so make sure you're keeping up with them! 

Weekly Challenges

Each week I will announce a new mini challenge to complete. This week you're going to try and focus on one new hobby or an existing hobby that you'd just like to spend more time on. I've chosen to focus on painting as I find it relaxing.

I will also be posting in the exclusive section regularly with videos and podcasts based on what you guys need help with the most.
