Matcha Coffee Swap | Think Vivid

So a few weeks ago Vivid challenged me to swap my morning coffee for a Vivid drink. I love coffee but I don't always love the effect it can have on me. Those crazy highs and lows aren't great for staying productive throughout the day, I mean one second I'm firing out emails like a machine then the next second I'm slumped over my keyboard contemplating a 10 hour nap. 

Vivid is a Matcha Green Tea drink which does contain caffeine but also L-Theanine which helps to keep you relaxed. They're all about mindfulness and wellness which I love! 

Throughout the 3 days I swapped out coffee, I didn't get those major energy crashes and I felt I kept going at a steady pace throughout the day. I was having the unsweetened version so the taste wasn't great but as someone who is used to that green tea taste I wasn't too fussed at all. 

So if you're looking for a coffee alternative, this one could be for you!

  1. I LOVE green tea and anything matcha! Matcha is really fun to incorporate in other ways besides beverages--healthy baked goods, smoothies, oatmeal, soups, and so much more!
