Let's Hydrate | Breaking Barriers

Last week was an absolute killer! I'm not a morning person at all so I definitely struggled on the 6am challenge. If you're new to the Breaking Barriers challenge, then click here to take you to the beginning and a little explanation of what this is all about!  

This week it's all about hydration. I like to include this challenge in all the challenges I do because hydration is so important. Humans are roughly made up of 65% water, it's just as important as the air we breath. 

Water increases your energy and bodily functions as well as promoting weight loss. It helps to reduce how much you eat (we've all mistaken thirst for hunger) removes by-products of fat and raises your metabolism. SO why aren't you drinking more of the stuff? 

I always like to aim for 3 litres or more a day. I know, getting up to pee every 10 minutes isn't fun but you will see a massive change in your body and you'll love it! So all you have to do this week is drink up.
