I have to apologise, last week I didn't post the challenge simply because life got a bit ahead of me but it's fine! You can do what was meant to be last weeks challenge, with this weeks challenge. 

The focus is getting some more sleep and getting flexible! Sleep is so important, that's when your body gets to work and makes the magic happen.  So the aim is to get at least 8 hours of sleep each night this week, that means put down that phone and start counting sheep! 

In addition to this, we're going to be stretching! Every evening before you go to bed, do a a little stretch routine or a yoga routine. Our lifestyles these days means we can get muscle tension in different areas, muscle imbalance and all sorts which can lead to injury, so a 10 minute routine before you hit the hay will make a huge difference!
