How am I doing? | Health & Fitness Update

It's been a while since I've updated you all on how I'm getting on with my Health & Fitness. Honestly, it hasn't been great! For a long time I blamed myself and I went through a really tough time.

Luckily though I'd had some blood tests done last summer which finally came through early this year [Insert complain about our health system here] and I got some surprising results. I don't want to go into the details of what's going on with me just yet as I've only just started medication and it takes a while for it to actually work but once I'm feeling like myself again, I'll let you know what's up with me. 

Since finding out what's been going on with my body I've felt a lot more motivated to work against it. I've made myself a new workout plan and meal plan which works for me and I think I'll enjoy it. It allows me to go to the gym and lift heavy but also dance like a nutter in my room. Perfect! 

So all in all I'm feeling positive and I can't wait to see the changes I see in myself once the medication sets in. I'm already feeling better so I'm hoping it's only up from here! I guess what you can take away from this post is if you don't feel like yourself, body and mind, then get checked out asap! You never know what could be happening. Also, don't let anything get you down, fight back and smash those goals.
