GREENS | 6 Week Challenge

As you guys may know, I started a 6 week challenge last week and each week there will be new challenges. Last weeks challenge was to get at least 5 workouts done, which was a success for me! This weeks challenge though, is all about greens. 

When was the last time you ate something green? Luckily I snuck some spinach into my lunch today but honestly I don't eat enough of them and maybe neither do you, so that's why this week you're going to be having lots of greens! 

All you have to do is have at least 1 portion of greens everyday, simple enough right? Kale, Spinach, Broccoli, Peas, Green beans, Brussels sprouts...anything that grows from the ground and is green in colour will do. 

Why eat greens? 

They're high in magnesium, calcium, potassium and more! They also help to lower cholesterol,  lower risk of heart disease and diabetes as well as boosting your bone health. Do I really need to tell you any more? After a week of getting more greens in, you'll feel the difference.
