Summer Favourites

Summer may not be my favourite season but there are a few things I love about the warmer months. The longer days, beautiful sunrises and just how everyone is a little more cheerful when the sun is shining. I thought I'd share with you what's been keeping me smiling through summer. 

I've never really been into sparkling water until recently. I started drinking it as a way to relieve indigestion but now I've found myself sipping on it every now and again regardless of how settled my tummy is. 

Who doesn't love a good banana?! There's so much you can do with this little magical fruit. Banana cookies, smoothies, oat bakes and even ice cream! It's so filling and a perfect pre workout snack. 

Now as some of you may know, I've been doing the Daniel fast and so I'm very limited with my beverages. The other day my mum brought home a whole array of these Rude Health drinks and I'm in love! They're tasty and so good for you! 

I received some seeds a few months ago and used them every now and again for baking and in my porridge. Now they've become a staple in my morning oats! I love the extra crunch they add! The Good4U seed range is just perfect. 

The other day me and my sister were walking through Covent Garden and I spotted this cute little mug in Urban Outfitters. If you know me, you know I LOVE ELEPHANTS. They are the most gorgeous and fascinating creatures. 

You might have heard me say or tweet about how I think coconut water tastes like butt...but! recently It's started tasting really good to me. I don't know why but I find it refreshing. I've found that different batches of coconut water can taste differently, so maybe that's why I wasn't fond of it before, I just got a bad batch!
