Feeling Lost

I haven't posted since I got back from Germany and I think it's because I've been feeling rather lost. It's like I know what I want to do and achieve but I'm just not doing it? It's like I have this mental block holding me back. That's the most frustrating thing about it, IT'S ME! I am my my own biggest enemy. My own arch nemesis when it comes to making progress! 


That being said I've been working out a lot more. As you can see, my arms are getting super defined. This wasn't purposeful, I've just been trying to build my strength and in turn I've been building muscle. The same goes for my thighs and butt! I'm happy I'm getting fitter and building lean muscle but my goal is to get leaner. That means It's time to get some serious cardio sessions in next week! 

I'm still an absolute tit when it comes to my diet. I preach about meal prep and not skipping meals but I am the queen of going hours without food. Why? because I haven't been planning and you know what they say! Fail to plan, plan to fail! 

I went to an event for Just Geen  who is a super hard working lady! She runs a meal prep service for all fitness enthusiasts! I tasted her Sweet potato waffle and chicken recipe and fell in love! If I lived in London (which I hopefully will one day) I would be ordering all my food from her! 

I mentioned Wheyhey! in a post before and after reading it, they were lovely enough to send me a few more flavours to try as I'd only had the vanilla. You know how some protein products just taste like...butt? well this protein ice cream doesn't! It tastes like such a naughty treat but each tub is no more than 150 cals and you're left feeling totally satisfied. 

I'm excited for the coming week because I'm kicking of a new fitness challenge and I'm so ready to do this with you guys! A support system is so important and whilst I was alone through my weight loss journey, I think I really need some shoulders to lean on to get lean! I'm heading off to Morocco at the end of May and I'm using that as my motivation to get luscious for summer! Who's with me? http://dietbet.com/scola
