3 Healthy Snack Ideas

Snacking has got to be one of my favourite things to do! I'd much rather have a whole day of snacking than regular meals. It's just my greedy side coming out that wants to eat ALL THE FOOD!

Anyhoo, I have some healthy recipes for you to try out if you're getting bored of the same old stuff: 

What you will need:

  • Cherry Tomatoes
  • Egg
  • Spinach
  • Crispbread
  • Coconut oil (or any healthy oil) 
  • Seasoning of your choice

What to do:

  1. Melt the coconut oil in the pan and add spinach
  2. Once spinach is suitably cooked, crack the egg in and begin to scramble with the spinach
  3. Put the spinach and egg on top of the crispbread and start cooking the tomatoes
  4. Once tomatoes have softened, put them on top of the crispbread and you're done! Simple! 

What you will need:

  • Crispbread
  • Salmon
  • Avocado
  • Seasoning 

What to do:

  1. Cut up and mash the avocado, add the seasoning and mix. 
  2. Spread the avocado on the crispbread
  3. Lay the salmon on top of the avocado and you're done! 

What you will need:

  • Greek Yogurt
  • Chives
  • Spring onions 
  • Carrot
  • Celery
  • Garlic (optional) 

What to do:

  1. Cut up the chives and spring onions and add them to the Greek yogurt. Mix them up together to infuse the flavours. (You can crush the garlic and mix it in at this stage)
  2. Cut up the carrots and celery so that you can easily dip them
  3. DONE!
