Week 4 | Becoming a Personal Trainer

This week was SO tiring! Both mentally and physically!

There is a HUGE difference between Level 2 Fitness Instructing and Level 3 Personal Training. You get to go into a lot more detail which is really interesting...but it also hurt my brain a lot! 

On Thursday we spent the whole day doing fit tests and I was absolutely shattered by the end of it. We did push ups, squats, planks, bleep tests and lots more. I had the worst DOMS (Delayed Onset Muscle Soreness) but I loved it!

I also got my Spin qualification and decided to take my afrobeat dance workouts onto a bike. It worked well and it's definitely a class I'd love to instruct one day. 

Oh and London is still as beautiful as ever.
