Week 3 | Becoming a Personal Trainer

Week 3 on my personal training course was pretty chilled out. Everyone was off doing their level 2 assessments which I had already done previously. So for the first two days I just got some editing done and helped my classmates study for their assessments. 

We had a little bit of free time on one of the days so we headed down to Camden for lunch and it was amazing! that's one thing I absolutely love about my course, it's SO central! There was so much temptation down at Camden Lock but I stayed strong and resisted the urge to eat EVERYTHING I SAW. 

I am now officially qualified in Gym Based Boxing! I never thought I'd enjoy boxing as a form of exercise but MY GOODNESS! it really is an amazing workout and who doesn't want to let out stress by punching things repeatedly?
