Healthy Lifestyle Chart Challenge

It's that time of the year where all we want to do is eat and sleep but unfortunately, we must go on with our day to day activities. 

I decided to come up with a little healthy lifestyle chart, filled with simple but fun challenges to complete each day from 10th November to 7th december. Each day, add a tick to the boxes where you have completed each task, if you haven't just put a cross. 

You can either print this chart off or draw your own! Simply right click and save picture! If you want to save a higher quality image, simply email scolafitness@gmail.com with the subject line 'Healthy Lifestyle Chart' and I'll send it over to you.
