Lose Weight In 4 Weeks! | #MotivationMonday

I am beyond excited to announce that I am doing another challenge! Lots of you loved my past challenges such as the 6 Month Challenge, New You Challenge and the Hot for New Years Challenge that I've done, so I thought why not kick it up a notch for my first proper summer challenge?!

I have teamed up with DietBet to bring you this awesome challenge. So here's all you need to know:


  1. The challenge will run for 4 weeks
  2. In those 4 weeks you must lose 4% of your body weight
  3. In order to join the game, you must bet $25 (roughly £15) that you will lose 4% of your body weight
Sound good?! So if you weigh 200lbs then you need to lose 8lbs and if you weigh 150, then you need to lose 6lbs and sooo on. If you achieve this, you will win a split of the pot (so you may very well end up winning more money than you started with) 

PLUS: the M.V.P, basically the person who inspires the most people to join in the game, wins a pair of Nike trainers they get to design!

What's exciting is July 16th is my own weight loss anniversary! So it's an exciting time for me, I can't wait for you all to start your journeys! On July 16th 2010 I started my journey and I've never looked back, remember...IT'S POSSIBLE!
