Fruit Salad & Protein Smoothie | Calorie info

I am in love with adding fruit to my normal leafy salads, it makes everything so much more exciting! I used to think it crazy to mix fruit and veggie salads together but last year I ordered a salad at a restaurant (I have now forgotten the name) but the salad had mango in it and it CHANGED MY WORLD. 

I don't personally count calories anymore, especially for a meal as clean as this one. I believe that if you're eating clean, then there's no need to get fussy over numbers. BUT I know lots of you will be keen to know the calories: 

Fruit Salad 

Watercress- 4
Lettuce- 5
Tomato- 8
Celery- 6
Raisins- 15
Mango- 50
Strawberries- 30
Riveta- 34

= 152 calories 

Protein Smoothie

= 252 calories
