My Top 5 Arm Exercises

My arms are the smallest part of my body and tend to take on muscle very well. So because of this, I don't have an arm routine I focus on but rather a couple of exercises I include into my workouts. 

Most of these include weights but don't be intimidated by that if you're not used to using them! Get yourself some weights and try them out OR just use something heavy you have lying around your house (water bottles are a great option!) 






























I'm still working on my form with a lot of these! But I'm getting there.
