New You Challenge

I'm back with another challenge! Like my previous challenges, i hope to help and teach you ways in which to build your own healthy lifestyle. 

This isn't necessarily a weight loss challenge or even a challenge to make huge progress. What this challenge is really about is taking those first few steps into building a healthier life for yourself- as i always say, there is no such thing as a quick fix! you're going to have to make this long term if you want to succeed and live a healthy AND happy life. 

So i present to you, the New You calendar:

Each week will have a theme and within each week, i will provide you with information that will be useful for a healthier lifestyle.
